RC vehicle models typically utilize three sizes of high-speed fans: 2510 (mainly for 1/10 scale vehicle ESCs), 3010 (mainly for 1/8 scale vehicle ESCs), and 4010 (mainly for motor cooling). While fans of these sizes are available in the market, they are primarily designed for cooling small power integrated circuits or power sources. These conventional fans are usually suitable for stable indoor environments with constant voltage and no strong magnetic interference. However, it's important to note that not all fans that rotate when powered can be directly used for RC vehicle cooling.

Cooling Fan Production Process




 



1. Preparation of raw materials: Prepare various raw materials required for DC cooling fans, including plastic shells, copper wire coils, motor shafts, etc.



2. Injection molding: The plastic raw materials are heated and melted, then injected into the mold, and molded through an injection molding machine to form the fan casing and blades.



3. Motor assembly: Wind the copper wire coil around the motor core, and assemble the motor shaft and sleeve together to form the motor assembly.



4. Parts assembly: Assemble the motor assembly to the fan housing, and install circuit boards, switches and other auxiliary components.



5. Welding of connection wires: Weld and fix the connection wires between the motor and the circuit board to ensure that the circuit is properly energized.



6. Overall assembly: Assemble the assembled components as a whole, including connecting the fan housing, adjusting the blade position, etc.
