Description

JUTE^TM JTH-305 is a white, micron-sized PTFE white powder which has low molecular weight made through special methods. The powder has the molecular weight about 10000-30000. It not only maintains good characters of PTFE, but has many other unique performances, such as high crystallinity, good dispersibility, being apt to mix with other materials evenly. Therefore, it is widely used for modified blending of high polymer material, improving the substrate's lubricity, abrasion resistance, non-sticky capability, fire resistance,and enhancing the usability of the substrate. Besides, JTH-305 can be used as good-character additive, applying to modifier of lubricating grease, printing ink ,coating and plastic.

Applications

Used as wear-resisting agent for modified plastics, modified resins, etc. Such as PA, POM, PC/ABS, HIPS, PBT.

Used as additives in non-stick coating to increase abrasion resistance and recoatability.

When used in engineering plastics, JTH-305 and resin can be mixed uniformly, and then pelletize and extrude. JTH-305 can also be added to the molten resin (side feeding to the melting section of the screw).

When used in coating, the suggested dosage is 1-10%. It can be used to enhance scratch resistance and rub resistance.

Packaging and Storage

● JTH-305 is packaged in Environmental friendly carton drum with two layers of anti-static bags, net weight 25kg/drum. Fifteen 25-kg drums are packaged on one pallet for ease of shipping, handling, and storage.

● Stored in clean, dry place to avoid possible contamination by dusts, moisture, etc.;

● Using temperature shall not be over 400℃.
